When our Sun Boy enters his fourteenth month on Planet Earth, he gets to go to the circus for the second time in his young life. While he slept through the performance a year ago, he now watches the whole show while barely moving. He loves the clowns (far left) and horses (middle left).

Luna and Lior are both fascinated by the ballet act of the clowns (middle right). Or could it be that Lior enjoys looking at the differently colored lights (far right)?

Our young man is now agile enough to climb on top of his play cube, which means that the bottom of his play pen had to be moved down (left). He can no longer reach over the edge, but seems to enjoy hanging out in his play pen nonetheless!

When warm weather hits the Netherlands, Lior visits Pleun in the back yard (middle right). If only he understood that the rabbit may bite his finger! Better yet, Lior gets to go on the slide all by himself (far right).

Apparently, his sister Aafke tried this with Lior for the first time, but these are the first pictures showing Lior having fun on the slie all by himself (left).

Lior also goes to the playground with his sister Luna, Opa Ben, and Oma Alie (right). With Luna bicycling, all Lior has to do is enjoy the ride!

Lior continues to share many smiles and belly laughs with those lucky enough to be around him (far left). The person who makes him smile the most is his youngest sister Luna (middle left).

This may be because Luna shares her ice-cream with him (middle right). Or it may be because Lior gets lots of hugs and kisses from Luna (far right).

Here are three of Lior's favorite activities, eating (row below, left), drinking (row below, middle), and sleeping (row below, right). And he excels at all three! There is nothing he does not eat and he takes a two-hour nap during the afternoon and sleeps about twelve hours at night, without waking up. In between, he is a cheerful young man who loves to play by himself and who also loves getting attention. What more can a mom ask for?

When the weather turns summer-like in the Netherlands, Lior gets to play in the bath and sand outside (row above). He is much more active than his youngest sister, for Luna would always stay in the bath, but Lior is much more interested in exploring the world outside the bath (left and right)!

Of course, Luna also gets to enjoy the summer fun. She plays with Lior in the sand box (middle right) and goes in the bath outside with him (far right). After this, the two get ushered upstairs by mom for a real bath!

For Mother's Day, Lior treats his mom to a delicious box of chocolats and visits Oma Alie (far left) and Oma Naatje (middle left). He is lucky to have such loving grandmothers!

When Lior spends a night at Opa Tano and Oma Naatje's, neighbor-girl Victoria comes over immediately. She hangs out in the sand box with Luna and Lior (left) and shows them how the water toy works (right).

After all the fun outside, it is high time for Luna and Lior to have a bath inside (row above). The bath is barely big enough for our Moon Child and Sun Baby! Might this be the reason that Lior tries to get out? Fortunately, his sister Luna keeps him from doing so!

Our Sun Baby receives a special visitor from the United States, Anita (row below, left). Esther-Mirjam has been friends with Anita for 16 years and is very grateful that Anita took the effort to visit her and her family in Nijmegen! Lior also gets to pay a visit, for Ruben and Sanne celebrate their birthdays (row below, right). Lenneke is also present and entertains Lior and Luna by having them make drawings (row below, middle).

Lior discovers the joy of eating ice-cream and is very thrilled with it (far left). He takes very eager bites of his ice-cream using his seven teeth (middle left).

Lior is a very sweet brother to Luna, for he loves to share his ice-cream with her (far right). Luna is not so sure what to think of it all (middle right).

The remote controls are Lior's favorite toys. When Aafke comes over, he is more than happy to turn on the television for her (far left). The two enjoy watching "Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden" together (middle left).

With two big sisters teaching him how to walk, Lior goes through the back yard at a great speed (right). Yet it will be a while, it appears, before he is able to do so by himself. He much prefers to hold his sisters' hands instead. And who can blame him?

A cone with ice-cream keeps Lior busy and happy for a long time (row above, left, and right). It keeps Oma Alie busy and unhappy for a long time, because she has to wash his coat afterwards!

When Lior visits Arthur, Diana, and Olaf, he gets to play with Olaf's toys (row below, left and right). Arthur kindly offers to take a picture of the Sent clan and mom is still giving him instructions when he takes one already (row below, middle).

Okay, okay, we already posted lots of pictures of Lior eating ice-cream, but these are just too cute not to include as well (row below).

Lior's favorite game is "damespaardjes" (ladies' horses). Whenever mom just says the word, his face turns into one big smile (left). And the best part is the "whole in the road", of course (right).

If you have a choice between this (row above, left) and this (row above, right), the decision is obvious (row above, middle). Lior protests loudly when he does not get to eat the same as his mom and sister. And when your sister does this (left), you have to do the same (right).

Hip, Hip, Hurray!
Fourteen months old!

Now that he is fourteen months old, Lior thinks he is big enough to climb onto a chair and sit on it by himself (row above, left and middle). Fortunately, Aafke is nearby to make sure that her youngest brother does not take a tumble (row above, right). Aafke comes over for the weekend with Karin and the two prepare a delicious dinner for the Sent clan (left).
